ABOUT US

The Association of Credit Acquiring Companies and Credit Servicers (ACACS) was founded in September 2022 as a non-profit organization. The aim of the creation of the Association is to represent the Credit Acquiring Companies and Credit servicers operating in the Republic of Cyprus, through a legal entity.

All members, as supervised institutions, according to the provisions of The Credit Servicers and Credit Purchasers and Related Matters Law of 2024 and The Sale of Credit Facilities and Related Matters Law of 2015 to 2024, comply with the provisions of Law and Directives and any instructions from the Central Bank of Cyprus. The purpose of the Association is the representation of the positions of our members and the communication of collective decisions during the consultation processes of legal issues, regulations and decisions of the Republic, the European Union and the Supervisory Authorities.
